My RV Web Cam

Allow Me to Introduce Myself

Me and My RVMy name is Mark (known to some as "The Internet Outfitter ") and I've been a full time RVer since early 2004. The company I work for keeps me travelling all over the U.S. and enjoying all the benefits of wireless RV Living. I love this lifestyle and consider it one of the few remaining "real" freedoms we have in the US.

Since I still work for a living, and my occupation isn't dependent upon any particular location, I decided to go full time while I was young and settle down later in life as opposed to the other way around.

I make my living as a Magical Entertainer, Business Web Developer and Internet Consultant. Needless to say I live on the Internet and depend on high speed internet access 24/7 wherever I go or happen to be.

My RV is a roaming WiFi Hotspot (when I want it to be) and I help RV parks choose and setup WiFi systems in a way that benefits the park owners and visitors as opposed to mainly benefiting the WiFi Provider.

I do alot of boondocking and although I don't depend on WiFi hotspots durring my travels, I do have a long range wifi amplification system installed on my trailer that allows me to receive and utilize WiFi signals over long distances if I go if I so desire. Yes, I installed it myself. It's not difficult if you know how, which I'm going to teach you on this site among other things. However I typically use my WWAN (Wireless Wide Area Network) which allows me to connect to the net almost anywhere coast to coast in the US without having to setup a satellite. I will be discussing the various types of wireless Internet access options available to RVers on this site.

My RV has solar power and High Definition Satellite TV which means I'm am pretty much self sufficient without being plugged into or dependent on "the grid" but I still enjoy all the same conveniences available to those who are and a few more.

Along my travels I've had many people ask me how I do it and I've had the opportunity to help others alon the way. Before I decided on the particular systems and techniques I currently use, I studied and tested, many of the alternatives. So I decided to build this site and reveal the results of my research in order to help my fellow RVers get hooked up (or should I say unhooked) so you can enjoy the freedom of wireless rv living just like I do.

I hope you enjoy my site and find it helpfull and I'll see ya on the road!
